The gentleman was very patient and nice about the damages.
5/18 Brandy reviewed the cameras with Don, after reviewing the cameras the mirror was already damaged and loose prior to going in the tunnel. Customer stopped in and said it was an after market cover, he didn’t put it on right and had to use black tape, said employee was being aggressive. We watched the cameras further and the employee (Tonya) was not being rough at all.
Brandy will be reaching out for more assistance with this one during the committee meeting.
