5/18, Brandy & Don reviewed the camera footage and found that the key lock was already loose prior to entering the wash. Claim is being denied. I Called him too tell him is was being denied and he talked too me using cuss words when talking to me on the phone and then he said he would get him a lawer. at that point and time i said okay and hung up the phone.
