Customer came into the office and stated that she wanted to cancel her plan because she felt that the car wash was scratching her vehicle. After viewing the scratches I filed an incident report. She stated she was unaware if it happened during her wash today, but she felt as if it had been happening over a period of time and progressively worse with each time she has came thru.
