Customer stated it was a brand new car and I never been washed before. They did put a wax on it before he bought it.
I called and explained to him. The scratches were not caused by us and do not follow the rotational pattern of our equipment.
He refused to accept that, and stated he was getting an attorney and going to blast us all over social media.
