Customer’s last wash date was 8/21/24. The customer left the property and came back to inform management he believed we scratched his vehicle.
The scratch does not match the rotational pattern of our brushes. Other scuffs and scratches were noticed alongside of the vehicle upon inspection by the site manager.
Currently reviewing camera footage. Under investigation.
Footage has been reviewed. The damage was pre-existing. Closing case out, customer has been notified.
