called 11:15 on 8/17/24 left voicemail. Pre-existing damage found on videos from 8/8/24 visit as well as 8/13/24 visit. She called back at 11:25 ranting and raving how it was our fault.
I explained to her it does not match the rotational pattern of our equipment, and I can look as far back on the cameras and see that it has been there for quite some time however, it is only noticeable on sunny days. She did by the vehicle per-owned
