Customer has came through the wash twice and the light bar has came off both times.
This is due to the retracts not being saved.
The customer was not concerned about the lightbulb, but it was upset that his windshield wipers were not turning on.
I told him to get back with me on a quote on how much the wipers would be to fix and we would see if we could credit his membership in anyway. Customer never got back with me, tried to call again on 7/25/2024
