Customers car is brand new he got it 2 weeks ago. This is the first time the vehicle has been washed.
jay is supposed to be calling back. I let him know that the scratches are not consistent with our wash and that there are some visible scratches on the vehicle when he came through. he said he is going to be calling back and that if we can’t figure something out then we will see where is goes from there (sounds like he may get a lawyer). 2/8/24 –Chelsey Clark
