Customer mentioned she had pre-existing hail damage that was covered up by the dealership.
Customer told the manager on duty she thought that the wash was scratching her truck but she proceeded to go through the wash anyway.
Reviewed footage as far back as the cameras would allow. The customer came in and left each time without the damage on her truck.
No abnormalities occurred in the tunnel during her wash.
Called customer back and left a voicemail at 10:42a.m on 7/8/2024.
Scratches are deep and indicate that the customer may have hit something and scraped the vehicle down alongside it.
The scratches do not match the rotation pattern of our wrap arounds.
