I reviewed the inspection cameras there is pre existing damage to the front air scoop, and the window strip was missing before the car was in the wash. I called and left a message at 9:30 on 5/30/24. Mrs. Pences boyfriend returned my call and was not satisfied that we do not cover previously damaged areas. Brent said he would be calling the office to discuss the matter
