Note: Customer stated before entering the wash on 5/23/24 that he suspected the wash was scratching this vehicle along with his truck. He proceeded to wash despite his suspicions. An incident report was filed once the customer exited the tunnel.
Investigated. Scratches do not match our rotational patterns of our equipment. Scratches are pre existing.
